He is survived by his wife Isobella Couperthwaite Kreizel his first wife Ann Kreizel and their sons Tom, Robert and Yochanan his second wife Nannette Herrick and their son Justin and step-children Christina and John his step-daughter Katrina, Isobella’s daughter his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
